Dr. Kevin Elder has treated myself and my family over the last couple years. Treated my daughter's Shoulder and she was able to return to volleyball with no pain. Both my wife and I have also been treated by him. And would recommend him highly. He and his staff of technicians are fantastic and would recommend them highly.

My most recent visit for MPH was to have my second hip replaced by the best of the best Dr. Andrew Cooper. My first visit was in September with Dr. Cooper and extremely successful from security through admitting through transport to pre op to PACU to post op just as this surgery most recently in November. When entering the hospital, you can feel the sense that all staff are fully knowledgeable of the COVID guidelines and abide by them. Had a MRI At Baycare St Anthony's. Asked for a re-read due to new information from doctor in California. Was told very nasty to get my re-read done in Calif. Baycares radiologists don't work there they are private contractors. Really not interested in finding a cause if you want to get another look at something. Had to fight for it then got insulted by radiologists who did re-read. Really don't trust them now..

I would rate 4.5-5 for excellence in care and all hospital staff. I’m rating low for financial reasons they reviewed and didn’t modify. The past Feb, my father was taken to MPH via ambulance for inability to move his left side and eyes were fixed to the right. (He is 92). This was the sixth such admission to the hospital then following several weeks in rehab before coming home. There was no way the family would have known how his admission was “coded”, ie we found out later the first three overnights were coded “observation”... read more

Do not use this location the Doctors are incompetent. For the most part over the years we have had great service from BayCare facilities. After our most recent visit to the BayCare Urgent Care (South Tamp) location we are considering switching providers. Our 14 year old daughter was complaining of stomach pains and we took her to this location. This two star rating is based on one thing: the lack of cleanliness in the ER. If you aren't sick when you get there, you might be before you leave. We spent a full day there. There was trash on the floor in the room we were put in. The bathroom actually had fecal matter on the toilet seat. The trash can was full and overflowing at 9:00 a.m. The night cleaning crew does little more than empty the trash.
