hello, please get back to me regarding the replacement parts for my mearth scooter, (gts max pro) you said you would contact me but havent heard anything from u yet
Very disappointing - I bought three Mearth e-scooters (not at once), unfortunately the last one got stolen (via a break-in), which led to me to request the machine’s serial number for the police, unfortunately they couldn’t provide me with it. On top of that, they were quite unresponsive and very slow. I believe it’s unacceptable and pathetic that they’re unable to provide you with a serial number, essentially they have no idea which e-scooter was sold to which customer.
Scooter malfunctioned after 3rd use. After initially being helpful, Mearth have now failed to respond for months regarding repair. I lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading, but Mearth didn't respond to them either.
