Bought a scooter for Christmas last year .. rode it twice and now throttle doesn't work, Mearth support now won't respond to my emails.
Scooter arrived damaged and nothing done to rectify the situation. This company is disgusting using chinese parts, charging a premium and not honouring their warranty.
Great service, prompt and professional. My RS pro needed a service, brakes needed repair and some other minor things, broken bell and reflectors. Mohamed was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. I dropped the scooter in for service in the afternoon, following day the work was completed. It feels like Im now riding a new scooter ! Thank you Mearth and Mohamed, highly recommended

I purchased the rs pro and was pleasantly surprised of how powerful and comfortable it was to ride. Very easy steering for myself and girlfriend to to navigate around people and dogs at Perth’s swan river. Fantastic to just be able to fold fold up away and drive to any destination to then experience some freedom riding that no car can give you. Highly recommended
