This place is awful. When I bought my Titan here the first sign of the integrity of this place was when Heath tried to change the deal suddenly at the signing table. Then every time since, if service is needed beyond an oil change they try to make it as inconvenient as possible. The screen on my Nav unit started delaminating. They told me it would be covered by my warranty but the part was on back order. Very helpful. Fast. Answer all my questions. Great first time customer experience. (2 years later. I am sorry to have to edit my original post. I have stopped going here. They were always trying to make money off me, did not help me when I had emergency repairs, and always had the attitude that I didn't understand how their service department staff needed to be paid for every little thing. Brought my car into the shop back in April for my headlights to be looked at. They were flickering and were becoming a safety concern for me. I informed the service team what I was experiencing, and they told me that both headlight assemblies needed to be replaced. $680 is what I was quoted for in order to do this. I told them no because this would not solve the problem. They went ahead and replaced my headlight bulbs without asking. I ended up taking my car to a different shop, and got the issue sorted out. This was an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional, with staff appearing unhelpful. They wouldn’t detail the car we were purchasing, they wouldn’t take responsibility for there many mistakes, the staff was extremely rude, I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances.
