Good staff helpful.
Received a flyer that said I won $1k like others have mentioned. This appears to be a scam to get people in the door. I would not shop with a company that is desperate enough for business that they want to deceive potential customers. Who knows what else they will try to pull on you. Also, the flyer includes a cheap light up "key". I don't see a good reason to include plastic and electronic waste in an advertisement when they know all the keys will eventually be thrown in a landfill.
Bought two cars here. Both good experiences, John the sales manager really gave me a great impression on my first purchase. Received a mailer stating I won a prize, showed up to find out this is some sort of scam. I asked to talk to John and the sales guy told me he’s too busy to talk to me. John, maybe you should value your customers. Owner of this store should lose their franchise for these kinds of tactics. I will be taking my business to Fred Martin. Buyer beware!
My Grandma recently went here for a promotion they had and they asked for her key so they could check the milage, then ended up taking her vehicle on an unauthorized test drive. She was livid (and still is). Do NOT trust this place whatsoever.
I received an ad in the mail for an event here. I thought I had won a thousand dollar gift card from Walmart because I had 3 numbers match to it. I call the phone number that they give for you to claim the prize and they set up an appointment for me at noon which was the earliest time available. So I get there and I expect them to want to sell me a car but I am not interested as there was no obligations to win.
