We were very disappointed. We took our 2yr old CX-30 in for service because of a humming noise we kept hearing. It is rarely driven and only has 17,000 miles. This is the 2nd time we have taken it back for the same thing. We purchased an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty and they wanted to charge us over $700 to fix it. Not even sure where to start! We bought a vehicle on June the 10th. On June 23 the Check engine light came on. We live in another state not able to take the vehicle. We went on Vacation and so after we took the vehicle. It needed a radiator, this was not covered, we get the car back same day light still on. The dealership delivered a vehicle with bad tires and alignment, which I contacted them about and they didn't get back to me till date. They were definitely aware of the issues and did nothing about it. It is their phony business style. My title was to be mailed to me by the 27th which is today. purchased a vehicle from MEARS MAZDA VOLVO, they arranged to have it delivered to my location with ******** ************* after inspection the next day was(delivered late in day), found damage to vehicle ( photos were sent to dealership) so far neither party wants to take responsibility for damage. they keep saying not there problem. but someone has to.
If I could give this dealership less than 1 * I would. Don't shop at this dealership. They are not honest or trustworthy. They sold my wife a vehicle that all she wanted to do is test drive. They told her she could take it home for the night before she knew it she was in the finance managers office signing paperwork to buy it and was not sure what she was signing. purchased a Q50 Infiniti from this dealership and shortly after the purchase the engine went out. I was told the warranty would cover it and the warranty company denied coverage. I was also told by the General manager Cameron that Mears owed the warranty company and everything would be covered which was a lie! I have been dealing with this issue since July and the car is still not fixed.
