One star is one too many for this place. Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought vehicle on May 21 and it’s been a nightmare trying to deal with these clowns ever since. Rude. Inconsiderate. Dishonest. Unprofessional.
We were very disappointed. We took our 2yr old CX-30 in for service because of a humming noise we kept hearing. It is rarely driven and only has 17,000 miles. This is the 2nd time we have taken it back for the same thing. We purchased an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty and they wanted to charge us over $700 to fix it.
