Mears quickly diagnosed and took care of an engine issue for us! We are so thankful for their work!
Best shop I have ever been to. Honest work, good work. I had more problems than I thought with my subaru and I didnt feel pressured or up-sold. Tom even looked for a good used part for me to save money and time. It ended up being a wash but I feel like I am driving a whole new car! Prices were incredibly fair and communication from the shop was great. No complaints and I would 100% recommend this shop. My car feels safer and sturdy. Thank you Tom and everyone at Mears!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently brought my 2011 Lexus CT200h to Mears Automotive for a preventative EGR system service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Troy and his team were professional, communicative, and transparent. During the repair, they found the EGR cooler was heavily clogged with carbon.
