Mears went above and beyond to fix my car. Troy, the manager, is an outstanding person who truly cares about his customers. He took great care of my vehicle. I highly recommend Mears Automotive over Hare Honda dealership—excellent service, professionalism, and genuine customer care.
Recently (2/27/2025) had a problem with a 2004 Ford Taurus after repairs at Mears. They were able to quickly get my car in (less than 24 hours) & fixed. Everything was covered under the repair warranty. I am a new customer with Mears (2025) and I have been very happy with my experiences with them.
These guys were great to work with. A small mistake was made with our vehicle. They owned it and fixed it. I appreciated their hard work and honesty!
Great service, Kevin, you and his team have always taken very good care of my cars. Especially my Kia. I would never have thought it would last this long ( 356,000 miles and still going)but it has and I thank you and your team. The longer it lasts the more money I make.
