This business and its representative Sabrina Silva use unscrupulous business practices. Renters beware, they do not return deposits. View attached video of how I left my rental property at 189 NE Jettie Ter in PSL. As tenants, we honored our commitment and paid nearly $45000 for one year of rental charges, we treated the place as our own. Rightfully there was normal wear and tear but to withhold our entire deposit for negligence just does not add up.
My realtor Shan Shujah was incredibly dedicated during a very long and arduous home buying process. I would highly recommend having him assist you in your home’s closing.
