The owner of this business is dishonest and has taken over $300 from me and not given me the product I ordered. I have left countless messages for weeks requesting either the product or a refund but she refuses to call me back and uses her staff to run defense for her. There are so many reputable spas in Buckhead - definitely avoid this one. Would happily change my opinion if Victoria would do the right thing and refund me my money
If you are looking at a Groupon or Amazon Local Offer...DO NOT DO IT! This is a horrific BAIT AND SWITCH...they do not have a Zerona Machine, but have some other machine that they claim is better than a Zerona machine, yet it has no company web site, no real information available on the Internet -- one You Tube video that looks like a college art project! This place is ridiculous! In addition, they are profoundly unprofessional, rude beyond measure. This place won't be around long.
Terrible place. Had hormonal testing done. Results came back - doctor said - enzymes a little high, but no problem, don't worry about it. Unfortunately, I took his advice, 3 weeks later with sky high levels (they got worse) and CT Scan and MRI show no permanent damage. Can't get copy of report or speak with doctor despite several requests and promises that I would.
