I’ve placed three orders with this meal prep service and wanted to share a review. I’ve had a great experience with Meal Me by Sof so far. The owner is incredibly kind, and the menu offers a variety of well-thought-out options. One thing that really sets this service apart is the ability to make slight modifications to meals. MealMe is a fantastic meal prep service, serving freshly cooked food without the use of any additional, harmful ingredients. Not only is the service and food great, but the owner, Sofia, is a sweet and kindhearted individual who really cares about her customers! Highly recommend!!

Great meals that taste amazing. Very convenient and easy to prepare. I often use these meals when I’m on the go or need a quick lunch during work. I’ve never had any issues. The best part is the reliability—they’re always ready on time and consistently provide great customer service.

Chef Sofia has made healthy eating so easy and delicious for me. She manages to pack a lot of flavor and creativity into a surprisingly conservative number of macro-balanced calories. I'm a calorie counting fiend, and I don't know how she does it. I appreciate how she rotates her menu each week to offer variety. Cheers! Update: the salmon piccata with cauliflower mash and green beans is amazing. My plate is clean.
