My mom purchased a house earlier this year & loved the quality and detail of Andrew Meairs work. I am currently purchasing my first home and had to take the recommendation! Highly recommend Andrew and Meairs Property Inspections! Have bought 2 homes over the past few years and have used Andrew on both. He was extremely thorough in his evaluation, was always available for questions and follow up, and is very reasonably priced - especially given the quality of work he does each time! Not to mention that he's a great person - very honest, trustworthy, and genuine. I've recommended him to others every chance I get, including my in-laws who just used him on their home as well.
