The lady at front desk is extremely rude and lacks customer service. I had a emergency and could not make an appointment, I called and asked if the missed appointment fee could be waived due to the emergency. The lady was said no because there were other missed appointments, which isn’t true . I have only been to this practice 2x, so I’m a fairly new patient. Great place to get the whole family taken care of. Customer service is way wonderful and the dental care and education are too.
