HORRIBLE! Placed a commercial listing by Julie Sutton with the understanding she had approximately six clients that would be interested. I was very clear up front that I didn't want to place the listing with her unless she had viable interested prospects. I listened to her 'pitch' and pointed out my dissatisfaction with my previous agent who just sat on it never updated me and of course did not fill the space.
