Dr Crook is always patient and kind. She walks in, and sits down to talk with us. Dr Crook listens to our concerns and needs, makes suggestions, and tell us our best options. She always says if call if we still have concerns.
Dr. Crook was AWESOME as always and her assistant tool! Always has a listening ear and always helpful!
Accommodating and knowledgeable with a genuine concern
My experience is always good with this practice and Dr. Crook. Her nurses are always very polite and personal. Dr. Crook is great. I just wish our visits didn’t make me feel rushed. Although, I know that it’s an insurance requirement, I wished you could address more than the physical or more than one problem when visiting. Not Dr. Crooks fault!!!
