Dr. Shepherd was very friendly and very knowledgeable, but during my visit she referred me to Cabell to do additional testing which was fine. However, since then nobody from Dr. Shepherds office reached out to me about any of my test results.
Took my 8yr old for allergy testing and it was the smoothest process! My son was nervous and the nurses talked him through it and made him feel so calm and comfortable. I have and will always recommend them to any and everyone! We enjoy the doctor and the nurses there!
I had the best experience with Dr. Shepherd and her staff. I had an acute reaction to an unknown allergen. It was very concerning. They accommodated me immediately and I received results quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd and her staff.
Dr. Shepherd herself is very knowledgeable, and friendly.. but wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with small children. Every time we’ve had an appointment we’ve spent close to an hour in the waiting room, just to then be put in a room to wait some more.
