We used Meagan to sell the house of an elderly relative in a challenging situation. Meagan was very knowledgeable about the market. She also consulted a colleague when needed at one point to confirm on a question we had. We appreciated her checking instead of pretending to know everything! She showed endless patience and tact with the house owner, and consistently addressed possible problems proactively. Our sale went smoothly and we were very happy with the price we got for the house.
