Great staff! Terrible cancelation and tardy policies. We had to go someplace else because we weren't allowed to cancel and we weren't allowed to be late. We have a child with ADHD, autism, she throws a fit sometimes, wont get in the car, ect ect and a very busy work schedule, we're going to be late sometimes and we're going to have to cancel sometimes.
I've been going there since April and I see Dr. Eric Smith. He's very professional but also very personable too. He was also very understanding and flexible when it came to my work schedule. He listens to me and values my input.Id reccomend 10 out of 10 times!!
Good for medication management but if you need anything adjusted and need to be seen soon GO ELSEWHERE! I was to be seen in 3-4 weeks for a follow-up…. I have been waiting 4 months now and have called several times about my issues and concerns. No new meds until I can be seen by doctor and if I change providers in same building it will be an additional 3 month wait. Nurses are hard to reach and didn’t even bother calling back or answering questions until I called 2 days later. Professional opinion… I work in healthcare field... read more
