Dr.Reich is great and attentive to my son. My issues fall within the office itself. No one EVER picks up the phone and even if you leave a message they don't get back to you until hours later or the next day and if for some reason you have to call them back don't count on them answering the phone no matter which number you press.
I wouldn't take anyone here. They have no common sense policy when it comes to people with special needs. If you're 5 mins late to a appointment you'll be asked to rescheduled no matter if you're waiting in line behind people and that made you late or the waiting lobby. And it's all because of the lady in charge up front she has been rude numerous times.

Great staff! Terrible cancelation and tardy policies. We had to go someplace else because we weren't allowed to cancel and we weren't allowed to be late. We have a child with ADHD, autism, she throws a fit sometimes, wont get in the car, ect ect and a very busy work schedule, we're going to be late sometimes and we're going to have to cancel sometimes.
