These guys just don’t answer the phone.
Ignorance and disrespectful don’t even deserve 1 star if I’m being honest. Smh
They never call back and only give you 2 weeks notice that your doctor is leaving the practice. When you question them on it, and rightfully so they get upset and transfer you to their office manager who doesn’t answer. This office could do a lot better and Terry needs an attitude adjustment
