Recently moved in, management was helpful with process of applying and being accepted. Currently please with how things are going.
I lived at Meadowview Townhomes in Sleepy Eye for 3+ years. SMR took over management about halfway through my stay, and things continually went downhill from there. Maintenance requests were ignored, nothing was done when I called the police about domestic assault/noise complaints and reported it to management, and our rent was increased by $100 per month for “property improvements”.
