Meadowview was the best "apartment living" experience I've ever had. I was there for about 9 months. The townhouses are very nice - hardwood floors upstairs and very nice tile and laminate downstairs. I really liked having a garage in the winter. Never had any problems with the neighbors. Everyone I met that lived there was friendly. Josh and his team are great and were very prompt in returning my deposit (without any hassle) when I moved out. I highly recommend Meadowview, especially if you have kids!
Great experience living here. Very clean. Great management and maintenance. Kid and pet friendly environment. Would recommend to anyone.
Stayed for 10 months. Clean, well-run, well-maintained. Had an apartment with carpet replaced with LVT, so bought lots of rugs. Not too attentive to our broken kitchen drawer, but this was before and through COVID. Would definitely recommend for anyone, long-term or in transition between buying homes.
