Dont get tricked. No loyaly discounts for long-time renters. we rented for almost 3 years and we expected discounts. Stephanie, the renewal agent, offered rental credits which was very convincing but when we breached the contract we found out that there was no credit given. IT WAS JUST A DECEITFUL MARKETING STRATEGY. We had been paying a similar amount with a new renter. And, a $100 increase every year for an old apartment building.
