worst place to rent, they have bugs, and my cat has caught 4 mice gross carpet probably from the 70's although the building hallways are taken care of...just not the suites
Worst landlord in Edmonton. If you like black mold and dead mice in your suite, rent boardwalk. If you want to pay rent for a unit not suitable for human habitation, rent boardwalk.
I tried to book a viewing and was called to have it canceled on me because we wanted to move in a month or so and not 10 days (its the 20th). I'm pregnant and trying to find something slightly bigger for us without too much rush or stress. I wouldn't recommend unless you want your time wasted.
