This is a beautiful place quiet friendly and maintenance are very quick to go. Things I had Miguel yesterday when my air conditioner broke and he was on it, he called me with details. It was very kind. Very nice. Also Dave is very good. Very nice when you get a few tenants that aren’t particularly friendly and complaining a lot but for the most part, it’s a very nice place to live.
I have a friend that's been waiting over 2 years to get into Meadowview. I was told by the previous manager "Sally" that my friend Pat Buccumini was eligible to live their and was put on the waiting list. So after 2 long years she was called last week to say she was 1st on the list. We were so excited for her. Knowing 2 people that lived their previously knowing it went by low income for Senior Citizens. Now my friend Pat was told after 1 week now her income wasn't high enough, even tho she could provide proff of getting ext... read more
Pat Boccumini in another review is MY 86 Year young Grandmother. I just hope this doesn’t happen to any one else’s family. I can understand if there was a slight miscommunication on the day of or the next day. But the fact that she has been on this waiting list for 2 YEARS! Then was told “you in” and to have it all ripped away from her weeks later. Then on top of that all the money and preparations SHE MADE! This isn’t an easy thing for a low income Grandmother.
