Moved several people into these apartments. Nice neighborhood, corner of Corunna. Even deer across the street.
Place is not a place I would ever live. Visited a friend living there and the halls ways are filthy. people hang out outside to door asking for smokes, and other stuff that shouldn't even be asking for. have ladies of the nights coming in . my friend is afraid to let her kids go out and play. creepy guy works in the office always following her around , just works there acts if he owns the place. and they talk about their tenants to the other tenants. bunch walking around with the leg bands the court orders you to wear. Lived here since 2006 and place is not nearly as nice as it was then. Too many undisciplined children. Appliances basically outdated. There are some tenants that smoke marijuana near play area. Landlord micromanages. Laundry room has undersized washers for a charge of \$1.50/load.
The management is not the best, They toke out the pool and putting some kind of pavilion saying that everyone can enjoy it. They are too expensive for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment I would understand if they had a 3-4 and 2 bathroom apartments but all they have is 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments.. I love Meadowview apts, It such a beatiful place. The landlord is the nicest I have had..When you need something fixed they fix it..The maintence and landlord are awesome during the winter, They always have the parking lot plowed out and sidewalks are cleared a lot of the time...its quiet here at night..You dont have a lot of crime in this area..You are close to stores but yet you have the quiet of country like living. They have a playground for the kids, big open areas for your kids to run around, and a nice pool to swim in... read more
The owners have put a lot of money into the buildings from brand new roofs, windows, furnaces and air conditioner units. They have also redone the pool and parking lots. Most of the apartments have brand new appliances, fixtures and remodeled bathrooms...Overall its a good place to live, the owners take a lot of pride in the building and are extremely friendly.
