If I was the owner I would be embarrassed to own this building. It’s an absolute mess in the hallways, trash everywhere, holes in the walls in hallways, stairwell door handles falling off the door. Slum lord to the T.
Management only cares about making money off of you. We had to threaten legal action when our window was broken upon moving in. Since we had a baby, obviously winter made it incredibly unsafe. Their "fix" was just to put plastic wrap and tape over it. The AC unit stopped working a month into our lease and they didn't do anything about it until our neighbors caught fire.
