visited this Ford dealership july 23 for an oil change. While the technicians and most of the staff were courteous and professional, my experience with one employee, whose name ‘PAM’, was extremely disappointing. When I arrived and parked near the service garage, she immediately approached me in a rude and aggressive manner instead of politely explaining where to park.
