The receptionist was really rude and looked like she couldn't be bothered. The nurse was lovely. Shame the receptionist ruined it. I would give the nurse 5 stars
If you have any sort of operation. You would think 1 out of 5 or maybe even 6 local surgeries would fit you in. Yea in 12 days. Farcical. Disgusting. Shocking. Piss poor. Absolute joke. I actually & honestly cannot stand this place! EveryFKNtime "oh no there's nothing for 9 years today now " PISSED OFF is an understatement
The worse doctors surgery you can come across. Very poor receptionists. Patient neglect. They don't care about there Patients. This surgery looks at your skin colour and according to that they treat you... think twice if you thinking about joining them.
I was advised by a gp two weeks ago that I have a telephone appointment today. At fifteen minutes after my appointment time no one had called so I called the surgery. After spending nearly an hour and half in the queue my call was answered by someone from another branch. The unhelpful receptionist advised me that there was no appointment booked for me today.
