Billing Staff Are Horrible BILLING DEPT SUCKS!!!!! This review is completely based on my experience with billing. The doc and nurses were excellent. The billing staff told me they would not tell me the cost of services before rendering as they were too busy.....now or in the future. I have 100% maternity coverage and started receiving bills in the mail which is how this got brought up. Unbelievable....the staff treated me like I was bothering them by inquiring about my bill. Dr. Kirsten is great I have to agree with the front desk staff and billing staff is very rude. Other than that........ I have been to many OBGYN offices and seen many Doctors. I am very modest and hate having these kind of appointments. I am extreamly impaitient waiting long periods of time to see doctors. However Dr. Kirsten is AMAZING. patient dr joe rojas was the only doctor that took my pain serious and with a time period of his understanding my problem was resolved. i am very happy with the results . so at this point if my wait is 20 min to 2 hrs its worth waiting for .
Mrs. The wait is at least 2 hours, every time you go. I don't know about you but I value my time and waiting for 2 hours in a doctors office is not where I want to spend it. Their scheduling is very poor. Also, had test done that was not covered under my health care policy. I was never advised that it was not covered, so...I got a very big surprise when the bill came of $292.00, that I will have to pay for. Not happy. Very Satisfied Patient Dr. Roberts is the very best that you could ask for. She takes the time to ask pertinent questions, not only about the condition but also about the person. I have had to wait on several occasions but it is true - she is worth the wait. I have never felt less important than the next patient - quite the opposite! Confused about negativity Oh my.......I only googled MWC cuz I misplaced the # but found it necessary to respond to such anger as expressed by others. I've been going to Dr. K. Rojas for 17 years. She is an incredible Dr. Yes, you might have to undergo a series of tests but its best to be safe than sorry. The comments make it sound as though the doctors have something to gain from ordering tests but do any of really think Dr's have a magic wand? They're not wizards. Don't go!!!!! There is no excuse for the wait time, one reviewer said it was because of the time the Dr. spends with their patients but from my experience with them they don't. They will book 3 appointments for the same time, when you sign in the time is noted and you're taken to an exam room in that order. They seem to allote 5 minutes per patient, they don't give you the opportunity to ask questions and if you're not a "money maker" someone with a possible high risk pregnancy, someone trying to get pregnant etc then you're... read more
Dr. Joe and Dr. Kirsten--You're the best!!!! I cannot believe these bad comments that I am reading. I have a feeling they are being written by the same disgruntled employee or rude patient.
Unnecessary Test Factory A lot of unnecessary tests are done here. There is no understanding when the number and frequency of these tests cause their patients stress. Although I have other medical concerns, and need to see other doctors, I used most of a significant number of sick days there. I tried to comply with request after request to continually scan and monitor my condition, which is stable. I saw another doctor who confirmed my hunch that this was overkill.
