Beware of this place. The staff messed up my insurance authorization pre surgery and surgery was conducted despite not being covered by the insurance carrier. I ended up receiving a bill from Meadows Surgery Center for $59, 000. When I contacted them the staff did not try to rectify their mistake nor take ownership of their error and were passing the buck.
