The security guard towed my car when it was registered at the guest parking lot and then when I was going to pay the tow truck driver he told the tow truck driver to leave so now I had to pay 750 at the tow yard when I could’ve payed 300 instead having to pay towyard fees apartments are good but the security system is trash
This property used to be nice and well taken care of but ever since they changed the property manager this place has become trashed. People smoke in the stairway and leave trash everywhere and people park their cars taking up two spaces
I occupied a space at this apartment complex for just about three years. I recognize that the cost of living in WA is incredibly expensive so coming across the Meadows on Lea Hill is a huge help to anyone, considering the rates here for 1,2 & 3 bedrooms. I will say, though this apartment complex caters to those with a "lower" income, all persons should be treated with dignity and respect. I’ve been here going on 6 years. Several of my neighbors have been here longer. It’s quiet, and if you have any problems in your unit the management addresses it right away. Community is friendly and inclusive. All units have new vents that have eliminated mold issues, and new a.c./ heaters that are inexpensive to use and work great. The a.c.
