BLACK MOLD/MICE FALSE ADVERTISING ONLINE. THEY ONLY SHOW YOU THE BRAND NEW AND "IMPROVED" APARTMENTS. DISGUSTING apartments, how the city has not came in and shut these down is RIDICULOUS. They have actual children, families, elderly people, singles living in such a disgusting place. Look Somewhere else!! The Meadows of Xenia is an apartment complex where mainly college students from Central State University or Wilberforce University stay when they decide to move off campus. It’s definitely a starter apartment but I wouldn’t recommend any college students who attend any of the surrounding schools in the Xenia/Dayton area to stay in this complex. Nice place to live. the rent is affordable because all utility is include. the atmosphere is very peaceful.
Beautiful We have wood floors. We have beautiful landscape and 3bedrooms.
I live there I really like living here the landlord is really nice. they allow dogs.the apt are really. the only down side is that they don't have any disabled areas.
