Look Somewhere else!! The Meadows of Xenia is an apartment complex where mainly college students from Central State University or Wilberforce University stay when they decide to move off campus. It’s definitely a starter apartment but I wouldn’t recommend any college students who attend any of the surrounding schools in the Xenia/Dayton area to stay in this complex.
