The staff here, specifically the Spanish man and woman, are extremely rude and aggressive. They treat Persian-speaking patients very badly. Dr. Mehrdad Tafreshi is a very good and committed doctor, but unfortunately he has dishonest and disrespectful staff. Those two employees behave as if they own the office. No one answering the phone after calling repeatedly over a 10 minute span. Unable to leave a voicemail because the voicemail box is FULL. Not acceptable for a doctors office.
Something weird is going on with the number it's popping up as scam saying it's recommended that you hang up now something weird is going on I just informed them I have been going to this doctor office for awhile now
Dr. Tafreshi is an outstanding doctor knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients. I always feel heard and supported in his care.
