Very poor living conditions and over priced. That need to be replaced or updated are not. Some of the office staff are very rude and abrupt with residents. Most of the maintenance staff is incompetent and have no idea how to fix basic things like a track on drawer or even what it is. Also good luck getting them out there, depending on the person they may come out in a few hours or a few days. Children are often left unattended outside. The parking is aweful due to the poor design of the lot. The pool and pond are disgusting.... read more
