Called to confirm insurance and when I got there they took a copy of insurance card. Not ONE TIME did anyone confirm with me or tell me that I could be seen but I can't get my prescription filled there. Are you kidding me? It's literally your job to make sure the patients can even be seen and have things done BEFORE they come in. Ridiculous, it's like every medical place I go to out here in Nevada it's just a half cooked circus show. They respond with "oh, you can just go somewhere else and get it filled." No kidding?
