Two weeks ago my air conditioning stopped working. It still doesn't work. They have given me three different dates on which it would be fixed. All three have since come and gone. It was 100 degrees in my apartment yesterday. They said it was because the compressor was on backorder, but last Thursday a woman answering the maintenance number said they had the part, and then on Friday a man answering the number said they didn't have it. Omg the gnats is about to drive me crazy ! I seen reviews about it but I didn’t think it was this bad!
They change management companies every year and lose documents and expect their tenants to foot the bill. Its dark and dimly lit at night and when it rains it floods and the side walks and patios are filled with mud. Edit: they don't fix anything that you ask them to however they will send you a letter ordering you to pay fees even when your lease clearly states rent is due on the 5th due to another new management company who would prefer you pay on the 3rd.
