2 attempts to get a tour. Failed. Even with an appointment. Arrived early for a scheduled appointment, sign on door said closed and a number to call. Did not get any call to cancel or reschedule. Reached a recorded message. No one returned call. Only reason for the 2 stars is because of conversations with residents. They were friendly and spoke well of the facility. No positive comments about the office.
My friend is constantly harassed by staff. We go to visit he gets a call about inspecting the apartment every time. Then there are complaints that he's smoking in apartment. He doesn't smoke! Never has. Recently his new girlfriend went to visit him she wasn't there but 10 minutes when he gets a call to inspect his apartment. Then a few days later there's a complaint that he's smoking in apartment while she's visiting him. Neither one of them smokes. I have a family member who is on a lower income. She lives at a place that lets her pay her rent according to her income which is very nice. However, in an effort to move closer to family she went on the waiting list for Meadows Apartments. She reached her turn on the list, and was accepted with an offer of putting her on Section 8 which she was not on when she went on the waiting list.
