Moved in around beginning of October and so far so good except a few “holy and I’m better than you” types of neighbors. But whatever, I don’t live my life caring about other people. The apartment is nice and updated and honestly a good deal for me and my gf’s income. We have a 1 bedroom on the second floor and it’s very spacious. There is no elevator so moving in wasn’t super convenient but if you have some extra friends to help then it takes roughly a full day to get everything up and inside. Spent 2 years living in a pricey apartment that seemed to flood at least once a year, after moving here im loving it so far, pretty small complex but the apartments are gorgeous.

Lived here for a year when I was new in town. Buildings are new, i'll give credit for that. But other than that, the complex is not secure, I've had packages lost/stolen. People prowl the parking lots and windows at night ( I was on a ground floor so I couldn't even keep windows or doors open at night ) Management didn't seem to care. They didn't even bother to shovel or plow the parking lot during winter - I missed three days of work because they couldn't figure out how to call a truck to plow a few inches of snow.
