So I lived here on this property since 2019 now I was kool didn’t have any problems or complaints. We now I fell on their property on January 19 approximately 6:00 I going out to the pharmacy to pick up medicine my dr call in for me. Well that Monday morning I went to their office to file an incident report about happened. My last review was 5 years ago and I loved living here. I moved back here a few months ago and never again. The place seems VERY welcoming! HOWEVER, they rather update the flower beds than the actual apartments! I reallyyyyy hope all the other apartments that aren’t “upgraded” don’t look like mine. It’s absolutely mind blowing that it’s $1,400 for a 2 bedroom for this section 8 looking quality appliances, cabinets, etc. my apartment smells like urine since the day I moved in. Mold in my apartment and nothing has been done. I’ve been here 3yrs and mold just keeps coming back. I’ve contacted the city and still nothing has been done. They do not care nor are they concerned about mold that is clearly growing the walls of my apartment. There has been multiple complaints from multiple residents about mold. The city has said themselves that there has been multiple units with mold issues. Stay clear of this apartment complex.
I've been waiting three months for repairs. There has been no follow up on the timeframe in which the repairs will be completed. The standards are definitely falling.
I enjoyed the 3 years we spent here. It was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our apartment was a 2 Bed 1 Bath. For what it is, and for the going rate of other places. They always worked with us. My sister and I always felt like respected and valued tenants. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5. Our apartment had a lot of general wear and tear and it became obvious after staying there for our second year that they did a lot of patch work to cover things up.
