The process was professional and proficient. The customer service is five star.
When I purchased my home from Pulte Homes, the process went smoothly and I was pleased with the overall experience. However, things changed when Pulte began building the home next door. We appreciate the quality of care that Pulte has with their homes. They were there every step of the way through the buying process and even through this first year we have lived in our home.
Our home-buying experience with Pulte in Menifee at Cimarron Ridge has been terrific. We were searching for community that could provide distinctive, high quality family-oriented homes at a reasonable price that would be energy efficient in a growing area of the Inland Empire. This place is horrible. They do not honor the warranty. I would definitely stay away from buying a home here.
