We appreciate the quality of care that Pulte has with their homes. They were there every step of the way through the buying process and even through this first year we have lived in our home.

This place is horrible. They do not honor the warranty. I would definitely stay away from buying a home here.
This is the second Pulte home we bought. We are mostly happy with them. They come through on time and we have not had any major issues with them. They could be a little better with communication and coordination. After shopping with other builders, they still are better from the other builders in the current realestate market.
