Good Apartments, bad service The apartments are nice, roomy and quiet. But the attitude of the staff, mainly the office personnel leaves a lot to be desired. They are rude, do not return messages and do not seem to like working for the company they represent. The pool is clean, parking is terrible as there is only one space per apartment. If you have a guest over, they will need to park on the outside street area and walk way around to get to your apartment. At night, this is a bit scary.
Dont Rent Here I would recommend against renting here. Windows are old and cause apartment to have major condensation and MOLD - which appears to have been painted over by staff. Dog poof is EVERYWHERE. Drainage is an issue - expect your shoes to get wet from overflowing water. Very noisy - you can hear everything your neighbor does (which is somewhat expected but still). Parking is an issue.
