Buy a brand new home to look like you’re living on the east side of Indianapolis. I attempted to resolve this matter over the past few years that I have been living here and have gotten no response from the “HOA” or even leasing office staff about the concerns or issues. If you’re looking to spend $300k+ to build a home in a nice neighborhood, this place isn’t it.

It’s honestly surprising how quickly this neighborhood has gone downhill. For being such a new community, it already looks neglected. There are homes that have porches stacked with storage containers, and others are decorated with old indoor furniture sitting outside — which gives off a very trashy appearance. It gets worse.
