It’s honestly surprising how quickly this neighborhood has gone downhill. For being such a new community, it already looks neglected. There are homes that have porches stacked with storage containers, and others are decorated with old indoor furniture sitting outside — which gives off a very trashy appearance. It gets worse. The landscaping situation is abysmal. A number of homeowners do not take care of their properties whatsoever. Lawns have gone un-mowed and the weed overgrowth is appalling.
