Two of my friends lived here as well as my niece the management is rude disrespectful and coniving she evicted a 100% disabled veteran Becouse the VA quite paying the rent couse the maintenance was not being done properly and she promised these things would be done by the next court date and told the vet not to worry then went to court and had her removed anyway the cockroachs are so bad they actually crawl over every area I've ever visited
The management has been horrendous here the last two times they have changed management In the last 2 years. ReMax and Property Management were both awful. We went 6 months with a refrigerator that was too big for our kitchen. Had to scoot it out of the way to get to the stove each time. Then they told us we were too noisy for the downstairs neighbor. The meadows all I have to say is that I stayed there and really didn’t have no problem with no one I always helped they need a on site manager for this property and it would be more better and safe the kids run around some times all night the people was up over me was always loud I wouldn’t say it’s a bad place to live you just got to stay to yourself and that’s that
My name is Trey Nathan Tayor I have been living in Apt. # 207 forever five years now. With my roommate who has been the this apt. #207 for well over 10 plus years neither of us ever missing even one day late on the rent ever and I mean never. We continued as loyal residents through at least two separate property owners, as well as adjusted our selves as we have had to accommodate to at least 4 different apartment managers.
