This apartment community is amazing, it is right by the forum but in a neighborhood and hidden. It is quite the Gem. You should check them out, their maintenance is nothing but the best!
Absolutely the worst team we ever worked with... Please do not live here. MOLD LIKE CRAZY EVERYWHERE!!! They just paint over it! We only lived here for 1 months and already seen rats outside our apartment our neighbors have told us that they've bombed the apartment but there in the walls. We hear them.... It's so gross. The front deadbolt lock doesn't work... We told them they said to just lift the door and it should be fine. Carpets where stained upon moving in.... I have lived here for a few years and love it! Where the property lacks amenities, it makes it up in community and fantastic management. I know most of my neighbors by name, which I find very cool. Also a quiet complex.
This community is Amazing with all the renovations.
