The community is very friendly and enjoyable. I haven't met a neighbor who wasn't kind and considerate. The location is quite convenient for easily reaching many parts of town. They also offer the simplicity of paying for basic cable, water, pest, and renter's insurance all in one payment. However, these few bright spots are far outweighed by the bad. About a year and a half ago, this apartment complex was bought out by a new management company. A lot of the older (good) reviews were written before that time.The new company is the absolute WORST. My experience, the leasing agents will say anything to get your signature on a lease. Good luck getting the office management to honor anything said by a leasing agent. The apartment does not have a true W/D hookup in that it only has one electrical outlet. That means you cannot use full size appliances with a stacking kit. I wou... read more
I have lived there for 15 months, carpet in deplorable condition/mold....quality of residents is going down very quickly... have had 2 cars stolen; 3 cars broken into on the property since I have lived there. The only apartment complex that requires you have $25,000 of renters insurance...guess what..they sell it to you!!!! Monthly water charge has increased from $18 per month-one person- to $37 per month..lots of bugs, just a really bad place to live. Management has an "attitude" with every request.
