The apartment is well laid out for a small apt. Live in the front of the property if you want privacy and peace. The manager is friendly but slow to do her job. The new maintenance is AWESOME. Tell him whats wrong leave your note in the office and he will get it done same day in most cases. These apts are NOT energy efficient. 525 sq ft and in the summer your AC will run up to $220 when the thermostat is left at 79 degrees.
