The property manager is rarely on site and it's 1 guy to fix everything for everyone! And it's a bubblegum duct tape job when something breaks and roaches are starting to spread through the buildings.
The place has become a complete dump and an animal doesn't deserve to live there. The women that is in the office by the name of Chamaine Colter doesn't care how she runs the place. She is never actually in the office half of the time. No work orders EVER get done at the apartments anymore. People are living there now with stove, toilet, issues ect. Management knows about the issues yet nothing is being done about it. Ms. Colter has the absolute worst attitude and I don't understand how she even has a job at this point. Mayb... read more
The "mobile home" parked at the front is finally gone. The area is getting trashy and dirty. Dumpsters often overflowing, trash in parking lots and around buildings. Increase in traffic recently ... these apartments are starting to look run down. Management issues....
