Ac wasnt working for 3 months instead of giving me any sort of break for living in a 92° degree apartment they raised my rent for utilities.
From the beginning of my only year at this property it was a living hell. My sink frame broken, hot water intermittent, ac was very weak which included heating, security gate left open ALL the time, so people hung out there and made lots of noise/talking very loud at all hours, not safe for pets, washer/dryers usually broken, the trash bins usually full trash spilled everywhere and the best part? Do not move in to apt 1036. There is a child upstairs that runs up and down the hallway all day long and management says they can't do anything about it. The parent will threaten you if you report her. Other apartments in the complex have been fine as I know many people living here and they have not had the same issue. No need to discuss this issue with any authorities of this complex. I'm moving next weekend. I will continue to voice my concerns in the future.
