Unsafe community, has cockroaches and gates are never locked, homeless enter and dig through the trash, poor management and maintenance. To break the lease is thousands of dollars.
We moved in in May, Ashley worked hard to get us in as soon as she could. There were things wrong with the apartments at first glance, stuff we could endure though. Upon living there for about a month the ac didn’t work. We put in work orders and even changed the filter our self. We were told we were being put on the hvac list. We went through summer with no ac. I’m gonna start by saying this place is the worst apartments you can ever choose…. Me and my former roommate stopped paying rent for a month because of our Ac not working and also the heater wouldn’t work and would make the smoke detector go off every time we turned it on we put in several work orders and maintenance never came by once and they took me and my former roommate to court and is making us pay a fee for not paying rent…. Good price, respond to emails, helpful, nice grounds, and well taken care of! Like that they have regular pest control and gardners to maintain the place. Quiet too :)
The front desk folks at this complex are incredibly helpful. Ashley, Cody, and Lilly are amazing and have always been there when I need anything. Ashley has helped me solve many issues with billing, apt insurance, etc. Amazing! Cody has also assisted with some critical issues that have really improved my experience here. And Lilly, who is the newest of the bunch, has already been incredible with her assistance in a complaint that I was trying to resolve.
