From the beginning of my only year at this property it was a living hell. My sink frame broken, hot water intermittent, ac was very weak which included heating, security gate left open ALL the time, so people hung out there and made lots of noise/talking very loud at all hours, not safe for pets, washer/dryers usually broken, the trash bins usually full trash spilled everywhere and the best part? Do not move in to apt 1036. There is a child upstairs that runs up and down the hallway all day long and management says they can't do anything about it. The parent will threaten you if you report her. Other apartments in the complex have been fine as I know many people living here and they have not had the same issue. No need to discuss this issue with any authorities of this complex. I'm moving next weekend. I will continue to voice my concerns in the future. I have been living here for 2 years almost 3 now across 2 units the other people here are nice (most of them at least) though there is a few security issues as i had a scooter and some random guy just took it i do have a blink camera so I’m going to see if i can add the video onto here to see if anyone has seen him
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff is generally unhelpful and gives inconsistent information. I put in a work order every week for the last 3 weeks, and the problem is still not fixed. DO NOT MOVE HERE Update 2025: After 7 years, this Google Review was responded to. That should speak volumes. Abandoned buildings have a better response time than this place. There are plenty of nice apartments around the Citrus Heights Area that actually care about the residents.
