I have lived here 3 weeks and have had more problems than I have the 26 years I have lived in Gainesville, FL. I was accused of loitering in a 24 hour access section of the apartment complex and the management was reluctant to cooperate with me on this matter. This resulted in an arrest that was bogus and as a result of their reluctance to clear up that I am a tenant here. Also it appears to have narcotics activity.
