Beware of this place, I had full communication with the manager ben about a townhouse, drove down there twice he insisted that we needed to pay for the application fee in person, I did that then he just stopped communicating with me. He made me feel like we were going to get the place I was ready to move turned my 30 day notice in to my current apartment then he just stopped communicating with us.
Lived here 2 years. Our manager is organized, runs things smoothly, is prompt with maintenance requests as well as the move out process. Landscaping and pest control were consistently well maintained. My only concern was people driving through fast at times and having 2 young kids. Otherwise we enjoyed this quiet townhome community.
I have lived here for 5 1/2 years and my rent has gone up $325.00. I paid $1150.00 now it's $1475.00. SINGLE PARENT!These are Corporate landlords who care nothing about the people who live here...only$$$$$. On November California ballot PROPOSITION 33...vote YES on bill to keep these CORPORATE LANDLORD GREED UNDER CONTROL! My vehicle has been broken into three times, gas stolen and dumpster divers that terrified me. Nice places. I was here to do the cleaning for the property management company that manages the units, so ai only spent a short time there, but really nice places, seems to be a quiet neighborhood. There were neighborhood kids but all seems respectful and ranged on age
