These guys are owned by a company out of California that is really good at protecting themselves. In order to break your lease you forfeit your deposit and then pay over $1900 on top of that, and then if you have damages you will pay for those out of pocket. But that is just the beginning. These guys aren't good at keeping up with maintenance, I put in a ticket back in October and it has yet to be even looked at.
