The Palms should rename itself NON assisted living. A complete waste of money/, a very uncaring staff and a nasty building. All at Manhattan apartment prices!

The staff is about the care of the residents and their well being. This is a place that makes you feel like family and home. I have been an employee here for 3yrs now and I love everything about it.
