If you want to live some place where you are charged top dollar but the owner Terry puts in the minimal effort, Meadowood is for you. As of 8/25/25 they are charging $900 for a one bedroom apartment. This is especially hard on the retired tenants that are living on a fixed income. Now they have to decide which bills get paid this month and which ones don't. Office manager is a cya next Tuesday kinda lady. She is fake. She has minions that lie. She will be sooo nice when she moves you into an apartment. Fair warning ALLLLLL of them are COVERED in black mold. (All in the walls) She will deny it. She will break the law against you if you cross her or even upset her even 1%. I love it here!! Amazing people and experience
The owners of Meadowood apartments are at it again. Last year they raised the rent by almost $100. Now this year, they are doing it again and raising rent prices by another $100. So in the past two years, they've raised the rent by $200 and done nothing for the tenants to justify that expense. It's like if Bank of America owned an apartment complex. That's what it feels like.
